Provider and scope

PRonto is the trading name used by Soraia Pedroso Unipessoal Lda, tax number 518134067, registration Matriculada na Conservatória do Registo Comercial sob o NIPC 518134067, with an establishment at Rua Santos Carvalho, n.º 28, 2.º A, 2725-176 Mem Martins, Portugal.

You can contact us directly at info@prontonahora.pt. These terms govern the use of prontonahora.pt and the distance purchase of productised communication services.

02

Nature of the services

Each product has the scope, deliverables, exclusions, deadline and revisions stated on its page. PRonto provides one-off communication services; there is no retainer, open-ended consultancy or ongoing support unless expressly stated.

Services involving the media consist of creating and, where included, pitching or sending materials. Publication, response, interview, coverage or any editorial outcome that depends on third parties is not guaranteed.

03

Purchase, contract and payment

Before purchasing, the client can review the product, total price and applicable tax treatment, deadline, entered details and payment methods available through Stripe Checkout. An order is created as pending before redirection, but the contract is only concluded when payment is confirmed. A cancelled, expired or declined session is not a paid purchase.

Purchase confirmation, the order reference and the accepted versions of the legal documents are supplied on a durable medium by email or in the client area. Stripe processes the payment and may collect name, email, telephone number and billing address. PRonto receives the result and identifiers needed to manage the transaction, but does not receive or store full card details.

A purchase may be made personally or on behalf of a company or other organisation. Anyone naming an organisation represents that they are authorised to act for it and is responsible for the accuracy of the supplied name, company, tax number and billing address. These details are associated with the client and order and used to perform the contract and issue invoices.

Legally required tax documents are issued through TOC Online (TOConline), using the applicable billing and order details, and made available by email or in the client area. The client must verify the details before issue and request corrections without delay; later changes remain subject to applicable tax and accounting rules.

04

Briefing, deadline, revisions and delivery

The deadline only begins after payment and validation of a complete briefing. PRonto may request missing information; the deadline does not run until that information is received. The client is responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness and usage rights of all supplied materials.

Included revisions are limited to changes within the initial briefing. A change in direction, new facts, new formats or work outside scope may require a new purchase. Delivery is digital, through the client area or the specified contact channel.

05

Cancellation, refunds and right of withdrawal

Where the client is legally a consumer, they generally have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to exercise the right of withdrawal by sending an unequivocal statement to info@prontonahora.pt. They may use the statutory form or provide their name, contact details, order reference, service and decision to withdraw.

If the consumer expressly requests performance during that period and withdraws before completion, an amount proportionate to work actually performed may be due. After full performance, the right ends where the consumer expressly consented to the start and acknowledged that consequence in advance.

For PRonto’s commercial cancellation policy, work begins when PRonto accepts the complete briefing, and that time is recorded on the order. Until then, the client may request cancellation and a full refund at info@prontonahora.pt. Once work has begun, PRonto does not accept cancellations or issue refunds for a change of mind, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights described above.

Where a consumer expressly requested performance during the 14-day period and validly withdraws after work begins but before completion, the refund is reduced by the amount proportionate to work actually performed. After full performance, the right of withdrawal ends where the legally required consent and acknowledgement were given. This policy does not limit refunds or other remedies required by law in the event of non-performance, service unavailability, duplicate payment or any other mandatory ground.

06

Content, intellectual property and liability

After full payment, the client may use final deliverables for the purposes stated in the product. PRonto’s methods, structures, tools, pre-existing materials and know-how remain protected. Personality and moral rights that cannot legally be waived are unaffected.

The client must not supply unlawful content, confidential information without authority, or material that infringes third-party rights. PRonto may suspend performance where there are reasonable concerns about legality, security or truthfulness, seeking clarification first.

07

Complaints, disputes and governing law

Complaints can be sent to info@prontonahora.pt or submitted through the Electronic Complaints Book. Consumers may also contact the competent alternative dispute resolution body: Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo de Lisboa (CACCL) — https://www.centroarbitragemlisboa.pt/.
